Handwoven kanjeevaram saree

1. Always maintain your silk saree in the cotton pouch provided or wrap the saree in a white cotton cloth.
2. At least twice in a month, open the saree and change the folding to avoid creases.
3. Do not dry clean the saree, as the starch will damage the nature of the fabric.
4. Use silica gel packets or dried neem leaves in the wardrobe to absorb moisture and repel insects.
5. Use low heat and iron on the reverse side, ideally placing a cotton cloth between the iron and the silk.
6. Spray perfumes, hairsprays, or deodorants on the body, not directly on the silk, as they can cause permanent stains.
7. Be careful with sharp jewelry that can snag the fabric.
8. Do not hang for long periods, as it can cause stretching or creases; use padded hangers if necessary.
