Kanjeevaram Handloom silk saree woven with an age old weaving technique “Cross Kalanjali”, which involves in weaving a floral jaal design in a cross sectional pattern across the saree and the backdrop is woven with close Oosi weave giving the backdrop of the saree a unique shine. Floral jaal design in the body portion is woven with the combination of gold and silver zari highlighting the design and paired with simple floral border and rich pallu. Another highlight of the saree is it comes with a bright orange colour edge contrast

Always maintain your silk saree in the cotton pouch provided or wrap the saree in a white cotton cloth
At least twice in a month open the saree, change the folding to avoid the greases
Do not dry clean the saree as the starch will damage the nature of the fabric
Use silica gel packets or dried neem leaves in the wardrobe to absorb moisture and repel insects
Use low heat and iron on the reverse side, ideally placing a cotton cloth between the iron and the silk
Spray perfumes, hairsprays, or deodorants on the body, not directly on the silk, as they can cause permanent stains
Be careful with sharp jewelry that can snag the fabric
Do not hang for long periods, as it can cause stretching or creases; use padded hangers if necessary
